Our Purpose

The purpose of Salado United Methodist Church Parent’s Day Out is to follow our Wesleyan heritage by providing a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where children can grow intellectually, spiritually, and socially.

Our focus is to show God’s love daily to our students.

We want our students and families to know that they are a part of a family of believers who love and care for them.

Our Curriculum

We encourage each child’s physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual development through playful learning.

Our Christ-centered curriculum is theme-based. Age-appropriate learning activities are chosen to lay a foundation for understanding God, the Bible, self and family. We teach language development, number concepts, pre-reading and pre-math.

Children also attend kid’s chapel on a weekly basis. Kids’ chapel is an engaging environment where children learn about God in a creative and relevant way. They participate in worship through singing, dancing and hearing Bible stories.
